Alan is founder and President of IMPROVing Organizations. He is a certified trainer with over 12 years experience on four continents helping people learn.
An Accelerated Learning professional, Alan is a member of the International Alliance for Learning (IAL), the Applied Improvisation Network (AIN) and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
As part of the leadership of the Applied Improvisation Network, Alan served as Secretary and chaired the 2008 AIN conference, bringing skilled improvisers together from around the world to share best practices and experiences of applying improvisational skills in business.
Alan has presented at both AIN and IAL conferences on Accelerated Learning and the use of improvisation in team building.
Alan has studied advanced improvisation techniques at:
• The Second City Chicago Training Center, including their Conservatory Program.
• ComedySportz Chicago
• Improv Olympic Training Center
